Pharmacy staff very rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend coming to this pharmacy they won’t treat you with any respect.
A special shout-out to Parker. He gave us the best and beyond customer service ever! He went out of his way to help us. He was innovative in problem solving. Looked up our account with United Healthcare as we did not carry the membership card. He is very polite and professional. He was anticipating any problem and checked out all options. We were in awe. Went there looking for a non stick gaze band aid. It had to be 14 inches long and 4 inches wide. For someone that had pins, and screws in his leg. They didn't have any thing
