This pharmacy is the worst. Never a good experience. Wish that they weren’t the closest as our insurance wants us to use CVS. They close early ( I mean literally, I have taken pictures of the pharmacy closed up but their clock & hours showing it should be open.... even taken pictures of the staff walking out before closing time), phones system always down, staff is rude, pharmacy manager defends rude staff vs customer service, Rx that have to be ordered regularly don’t come in when they say they will or they tell you they we... read more
It is so nice to have our CVS in Friendswood on 528 & Bay Area Blvd. open again after Harvey. You were so missed. Trust me when I say you treat your customers like "Gold" compared to the League City CVS on Bay Area and 518. Thank you for all you do for your customers. You go above and beyond your " Customer Service"
