shut down the pharmacy, inept employees!!!!
Their Pharmacy services are horrible! 60 hours of waiting for routine script to be filled. Over 2hrs waiting in the store after getting an email from CVS that it was ready and could be picked up after 2pm! Waiting area disgusting ( 4 soiled chairs covered with cardboard and duct tape). The line for prescriptions was literally an aisle long with one tech at the register! Disgusted!
I would've made this one star, but finally yesterday I got a pharmacist that actually took a minute and cared enough to at least partially fix my problem ...every single time myself and/or my daughter go there our prescriptions are messed up, and usually the cashiers care very little, about the customers and have very poor customer service skills. Maybe they just need some better training....
The CVS on Boston Street in Lynn, MA is the lowest rated on Yelp for a good reason. I just transferred all my prescriptions from here to a local Walgreens because of constant errors, apathy, and all around awful customer service. No one enjoys changing pharmacies but enough is enough and when I attempted to contact CVS at the corporate level on this store and its issues they couldn't have cared less. You can do better than these guys.
Horrible customer service from the pharmacy. They didn't even acknowledge me standing there waiting to fill a prescription even though all of stared at me knowing I'm standing there. Three blonde kids working on a Saturday morning didn't notice one Asian girl standing there. Worst customer service!!
