all I have to say is that I don't recommend this CVS. My doctor called in a prescription for me at the CVS and guess what? They never heard my doctor or claim that they got a call for the prescription on their voicemail. I don't know what to say about this CVS. All I know is that I'm taking my business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same.
CVS on Culebra has the worst stuff cold uncaring they look at each other like it's your turn no it's your turn no it's your turn bottom line they all stared at each other for 5 minutes to see who would break to come to the counter. Then they do come to the counter and they told me oh I'm sorry we haven't received the paperwork I had the confirmation on my email my doctor sent. I'm in pain I can't even walk do they care they look at each other like I'm the crazy one going to Walgreens this is too much
What I think about this store, the people in the pharmacy are very unprofessional my mother who is 67 yrs old took a medication there and they were so rude to her ,she had just come out of the hospital and was given a prescription for a blood thinner and they refused to deal with the insurance and gave her back the prescription and talk to her very rude I wish I could have been there I wouldn't have let no one talk to my mother like that. She took her prescription to HEB and they gave her the medicine in less than a 20 mins ... read more
I had to switch from Express Scripts which I had not problem with to CVS because of my insurance. All I can say is they SUCK. My doctor has refill a prescription that I have been taking for 10 months and now they have to have a pre authorization on the same medication. I have 3 pills left till it is gone and I will have to wait for mail order to get to me. I went in my account with CVS and the medication is still on hold waiting to here from the the doctor. The pharmacy opened 45 mins after it's posted hours...i sat in the drove thru woth my disabled brother who relies on the drive thru window for help. It seems CVS had no protocol for what was later explained to me as a pharmacist who over slept

Kudos, to CVS Pharmacy and pharmacist Ramon Rivera, I live in Sugar Land, Tx and left home without my diabetic medication, Pharmacist Rivera looked up my profile and set me up with my metformin to get me home. All with a smile. AWESOME
