Waits are ALWAYS incredibly long. Terrible hours. Rude staff.
The worst CVS on the planet! Horrendous customer service in the pharmacy! Incompetent, rude, and unprofessional! Would never use CVS if we weren't forced to use it by our insurance.
After several 2nd 3rd and 4th chances I am officially DONE with this CVS at 160! Rude, under-trained staff coupled with an hour wait for the third time in three days is enough for me. I'm going to send them a bill at my hourly rate for wasting hours of my time this week. I'm over it! �
Customer service in the pharmacy keeps getting worse and worse. There seems to be new staff every few weeks and wait times are getting longer. I've been a customer for years but I think it's time to look for another pharmacy.
The staff is frustrated and said they were behind on filling scripts because corporate. Cut hours. I don't need to know that. Just need better turn times
