The employees are fantastic, but WHY DO I HAVE TO SIGN IN ?? Just take my money give me my stuff and STOP MINING ME FOR DATA SO YOU CAN SPAM ME LATER. IT ADDS NOTHING BENEFICIAL TO MY EXPERIENCE JUST ANOTHER HURDLE TO JUMP THROUGH, FOR SOMETHING I AM PAYING. Ideal customer experience = here's money -> here's your stuff.
