A month ago, I went to this CVS to pick up the prescription my surgical doctor had pre-called in so that I would have it available after the surgery. As this is my local pharmacy, and although there has been previous issues, they were still listed as the pharmacy for my meds with my doctors. Something I believed would be seamless, turned into my biggest nightmare. The lead pharmacist with a very straight face told me they did not have the medication needed. I would rate it less than one star if that was an option. There is some issue every single time. They never have my medicine ready even after sending a text that it’s ready. I call ahead of time, get confirmation, then I have to wait in line for almost 30 mins only to be told the medicine is not ready!!!
