The King Street CVS is the best in western Massachusetts. Polite and helpful, very friendly staff.
Everything I needed. Script pick up is slow. Doc sent over script, and after5 hours, still not ready.
Annette is a friendly, competent employee at CVS who is consistently in a good mood, willing to help and able to deescalate angry customers. Great person and employee to have on your team.
Time and time again I'm put on hold when I need to speak with someone in the Pharmacy. They usually put you on hold for 15 minutes and then HANGUP. Not okay when someone needs their medication.
