This is nothing new but I’ve had it with the CVS on King St., Northampton. It is now day three that my wife has not had her blood pressure medicine. Her doctor sent the prescription in last week. I went to pick it up on Saturday and after waiting 45 minutes I was told they didn’t have the prescription. My wife’s doctor called in the prescription again on Monday. Denise, in the front of stood is amazingly kind. The pharmacy is nothing but a pill milk. They don’t know their customers and they don’t care to! Worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with! My insurance company is trying to make me use them. I would rather go without necessary medications than deal with CVS!
They call and text to tell you they have your meds ready, than when you arrive and ask for them,no one has any ideas what your talking about or who called you for that matter. So you wait around for a 1/2 hr or longer for them to prepare your meds that they called at said were ready in the first place. I would sooner set my eye lashes on fire than go there again!!!
Denise is the most pleasant and helpful cashier. Every time I am there and deal with her she is so polite and truly makes my day. I will go out of my way to have her as my cashier.
