CVS specialty pharmacy is crap. I've only dealt with them since November and it has been awful. I received a broken vial of specialty medication and there is a question about replacing it. Placed an order for my meds for (yes, the genetic life threatening condition I have) and a few days later I get a call with a message to call back, then a week later I get a text message to contact them. Someone Stole the keys for the cabinet containing razorblade cartages so my visit was a no sale... Since Vegas is Vegas the three employees I spoke to are waiting for someone else to fix the problem. No one seemed even slightly concerned that I was greatly inconvenienced.
The Pharmacist was very professional and sensitive to my needs. Georgene in Pharmacy always very sweet and friendly. Thanks.
