It was really bad. I went to this pharmacy many times, and the old woman in there, she had a very bad attitude and was completely impatient, and I just asked how much it was, and she didn't want to answer, and I didn't know why there was such a person working in the pharmacy, and I saw a lot of, I think the assistants left, and I think because I didn't want to be with her, I don't think anyone can stay with such a person
My wife went to get her flu shot earlier today with the pharmacy being empty, no costumer waiting, the pharmacy staff refused to give her the shot because "he had a lot to do" with not a single costumer waiting. It's sad to see the poor costumer care, patient care and poor empathy of this CVS staff. To the staff who refused to take care of a patient: shame on you, don't continue your career in healthcare like this it's detrimental to patient care.
I absolutely love the convenience of CVS. I can effortlessly combine my Target shopping with picking up my prescriptions during a single visit. What makes it even better is the fantastic pharmacist they have. Despite the current staff shortage, she goes above and beyond to ensure every customer is well taken care of.
