Called regarding an issue filling my prescription, I received a phone call back and they gave a horrible attitude, I asked why would they talk to someone like that, they stated they were on lunch break and will not be filling my prescription. I called corporate and able to switch to another cvs. Will never use them again, and from the reviews it seems to be an on going issue
Ok, so first I’d like to say Ella is amazing!!! And so is the other girl who works with her, but TODAY I had a mishap with one of the pharmacist, I’m assuming the main pharmacist, older rude lady, I was explaining to the sweet pharmacist what was going on and the rude woman decided to start coming at me in the nastiest way! I’m disgusted and it makes me want to move pharmacies all together! I’m really upset with how she came at me.
Wonderful service. They always fill our prescriptions quickly and are very courteous. If I leave a voice message, they promptly return my call. Super convenient to pick up while shopping and there is barely ever a wait.
Be very careful with the medication you receive from that pharmacy I was given the expired ones, just thanks God I looked at the package home before taking it
