I got a COVID-19 test done at this location TWO WEEKS ago and still have not received the results!! I just get BS when I call the help number. I guess I expected more from CVS. I have since used gogettested.com and got results in less than 48 hrs!
I just got my flu and pneumonia shots. He did a good job and answered all my questions. Everyone is very friendly and helpful !!
I’ve only had to deal with this pharmacy about 3 times and every time they are incredibly rude. Rude to my husband and I both. He went today and a dark haired girl was very rude and rude in front of the pharmacist which did nothing. I’m going back to get the girls name and pharmacist name and I will post both. Don’t EVER go to this CVS. There is another CVS in Rockwall if you need one.
If you need medication or anything filled on a monthly basis please chose a different pharmacy. Never in stock even when you order ahead, severely understaffed and uneducated in customer service. Manager walked out at 10 pm with a line through the entire pharmacy and left one person alone who was a complete ass! Paul is a horrible pharmacist and can expect a formal complaint with the state. I hope it was worth losing thousands of dollars a year from me! I will NEVER shop at CVS again!
9/10 they screw up your prescription. If you have more than one chances are they won't give them all to you. Manager could care less. If I could give no stars I would. I don't know what's worse this cvs or Walgreens across the street.
Typical CVS experience. Kind people, prescription was quickly produced.
Horrible customer service. Waited over 20 min to talk to someone.
I dropped off my refills at 10 am they told me an hour I am back 4 hours later and they are still not ready. This is the most disorganized CVS pharmacy I have ever used. They get a 1 out of 5 stars.
