I urgently needed antibiotics before crossing into Canada--my provider sent in the rx at 3:45pm on a Friday afternoon and despite there being a long line and a busy counter, my rx was filled minutes later! Gal behind the counter was very pleasant. Just wanted to give this team a shout out for helping to save me from a weekend of discomfort!
They don't want to talk to customers. Called the pharmacy. No one pick up. They say leave a message and someone will call back "within the hour". Left a message at 5pm. No call. Called again. Again no return call. Best to go elsewhere. CVS doesn't care.
it says its CVS but because its inside a Target, they do not take CVS coupons
I tried to call to refill this prescription at a new location. It is not possible to talk to a person. You have to leave a voicemail. There is no verification on which location a prescription is getting refilled for. These issues need to be fixed.
