Brooke goes above and beyond to help people out! She has been the nicest and most helpful pharmacist to work with. When Brooke is working she is always pleasant and treats people with respect.
I had proof that my live saving medication should have been covered by my insurance. They told me it wasn’t. I have been talking with my doctor and the pharmacy all week. The pharmacist, Trevon, did nothing besides print off a sheet that said drug not covered. (also opened the pharmacy 10 minutes late.) He then told me I could call the insurance company right there on the spot.
