I am completely floored that I was just told that the 'pharmacist would do their best to fill my prescription' because they close in 15 minutes. (Even though is was called in earlier) I was then told I would have to come in to pick them up and when I said I prefer not, the tech proceeded to sigh into the two way speaker phone and say fine. I am a new customer to CVS because there is no Walgreens close to my house, but now I remember why I drive out of my way to Walgreens.
This is the third time I have paid for a prescription that should be no charge because your pharmacy techs can not correctly file my double insurance. I even had instructions added to the profile so they could get it right...nope. Tonight I picked up my prescription 3 HOURS AFTER the time it was supposed to be ready and it still wasn't ready AND they could not figure out insurance EVEN with instructions.
