I was given a prescription after surgery I don’t know what it is. NO MATTER WHAT YOH DO YOU CANT TALK TO HUMAN. The individuals that work behind the counter do a good job and are totally overworked! CVS corporate greed is paramount. All I can do is take my business elsewhere
Horrible service. Go bring your money somewhere else. I came in at 1:30 on the dot as they were rolling down the rollers. I said, "Excuse me, could you please help me get medication for my sick three and five-year-olds?" And they said, "We’re closed. Come back at 2." Zero service mentality, zero patient care. Bring your money somewhere else.
Pharmacy staff is always extremely helpful And courteous. They always make sure that I have the medications that I receive regularly ready for me when they come do.
The people that work at this location have always been great. But dont try and reach them through CVS's phone system. Another company that wants to avoid contact with customers. Your wish is granted, I'll go elsewhere.
Pharmacy closed the gate on me right at closing time of 5pm on a Saturday. "We're closed." My prescription is ready for pickup, process would take less than a minute, and I rushed there to make it on time.... It was literally 5:00, not even 5:01. Thanks.
