I went to pickup a prescription and had to wait 20 minutes. Two ladies behind the counter, one helping a customer fill a prescription and the other lady talking on her cell phone, ignoring me. I will never get a prescription filled there again.
Maria is the nicest girl I have ever met at any Pharmacy. She was the person who made me switch over to this CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist Harrison is so nice as well. The whole team has a nice different vibe from any other CVS pharmacy.
I could not be more disappointed with this CVS. I scheduled a vaccine appointment on a Saturday afternoon because sometimes vaccines make me feel ill afterwards. I scheduled all of my other chores around this appointment. I received a text confirming my appointment 30 minutes prior. When I got there it was closed. Apparently this CVS often closes without warning. Unfortunately they must not possess the technology to send out a text alerting those who had appointments that it was closed. Switched out of here to other CVS. 3 times I tried to pick up prescriptions and it's closed during hours it's supposed to be open because they dont have enough staff. Not cool when people need medications. Also Target doesn't have anything to do with it and doesn't care, so you're stuck having to deal w CVS 1-800 number to transfer your script to somewhere else. I switched to another permanently after being a customer of this one for about 10 years.
