I buy a lot from CVS. I made a mistake and let one of my $10 Extrabucks Reward expire. It's dated 1/11/18. I called to ask if they could honor it this one time. They said NO. I can't believe such a large company can't pay $10 to help their customer service reputation? It stinks.
Very disrespectful My mom has diabetes and we needed to get her test strips to check her sugar. They said to me that they dont have any at that store and that its not like she is gonna die. Over it. Who the F##k Say that.
