I have done a review for the Kernersville CVS before but I just can't say enough how awesome I think the employee's both in the pharmacy and at the front of the store are. There are a few that aren't as personalized, friendly & interactive with customers but they are professional. There are maybe 2-3 that I have had interactions with that rubbed me the wrong way but everyone is different and you just aren't going to jive with everyone in life. I want to thank Kathleen for getting my wife her 3 month supply of the Trulicity injections. With insurance prohibiting from ordering a little early for it to be covered by insurance, Kathleen knew that i needed it for my wife a.s.a.p. since she was out of the Trulicity. Thanks Kathleen.... After dealing with the CVS across the street (not impressed), I am happy that this one is an option. The pharmacy tech and pharmacist that I see are always very helpful and have great communication skills. This is my go to when I can’t go to Kernersville pharmacy (because my insurance will only cover my med at CVS). I used to go to the other large pharmacy near the new dollar general, but that was a $4!? Show.
Not helpful... ordered prescription refill through their phone system and the automated system said it would be ready at a certain time...got there and they didn't have the medicine...no call or anything beforehand to let me know so I wasted my time. No apology either.
