I’m chronically ill so I depend on this pharmacy for meds to sustain life. The pharmacy is either out of my meds (which I have the same exact script for every single month) or they loose the script and my doc has to wind up resending the prescriptions. They give out incorrect information and then claim there must have been a glitch in the system when forced to acknowledge their mistakes. I get a text on Friday that my prescriptions are all ready. Nope, not ready. Today, Sunday, I go to pick up. Left lane is for Covid testing, right lane is for prescription services. Right lane has a huge "Out of Order" sign. i wait in the left lane. Lab tech is confused about getting my meds so he gets the manager. The manager tells me the right lane is out of order and I can come back on MONDAY after 3:30 to pick up. Horrible customer service, horrible manager with a bad attitude. Switching pharmacies.
Horrible, horrible! They have had my chemo meds in process since Tuesday. It is Saturday and they still have not filled it, said they are backed up. This is ongoing for a couple of months. At this rate am going to leave CVS all together.
I've never had any issues with CVS. My prescriptions are on time.
They are so horrible! I have to wait freaking 5 hours to two days to even get my medicine from them! I and my family are not returning to this cvs ever again!
Make sure they scan your cvs card then items then coupon. Otherwise your coupons disappear and say used.
Pharmacy has the worst customer service! Been using CVS for years and due to this locations night pharmacist i will never return to this store and probably never use CVS for anything in the future as a whole.
