On Friday 1/10/2020 my daughter was seen by a specialist for a complication which required surgery. The specialist wrote the prescriptions with 11 refills for the future. When i arrived to pick up said prescription on of your Techs informed me they wouldn't fill it due to being an OTC med. That is NOT his call. I had to stand there and explain my financial situation for all to hear to get him to order it. This store is crap and has been crap since i switched from Walgreens.
