I had a pharmacist who I was speaking with and it was close to 1:30 and I was asking a question, went on to say thank you and she hung up on me. I work in Customer Service and no matter what time it is I would give the same courtesy to everyone, even if it was almost lunch. Normally they r very kind but this was crazy.

We had a great experience at CVS getting vaccinated as a family. We received COVID, flu, and pneumonia vaccines, and the entire process was smooth and well organized. Pharmacist Juliet Okeke was outstanding. She was friendly, efficient, and clearly very skilled in administering the shots. She took the time to answer our questions and thoughtfully adjusted which vaccines each of us received based on our individual needs. We really appreciated her professionalism, knowledge, and gracious level of care. Excellent service.
