We had a great experience at CVS getting vaccinated as a family. We received COVID, flu, and pneumonia vaccines, and the entire process was smooth and well organized. Pharmacist Juliet Okeke was outstanding. She was friendly, efficient, and clearly very skilled in administering the shots. She took the time to answer our questions and thoughtfully adjusted which vaccines each of us received based on our individual needs. We really appreciated her professionalism, knowledge, and gracious level of care. Excellent service.

The frontdesk who is speaking with she was so rude I asked her for my Wegovy then she told me it's not cover by insurance unless you want to pay out of your pocket $900. Then she said I've it in the back but I won't give it to you. Even i trying to tell her I got it from the other CVS last month how come you said it's not cover by insurance. After that I'm leaving because I never see bad service from any CVS before. Very disappointed.
Wow. Rude, just plain rude. And can’t seem to fill my prescriptions in a timely manner.
