yall just simply suck answer the phone once in a while it could be less that 2 minutes
THIS PHARMACY WAS GIVING EXCELLENT SERVICE, BUT NOW I'M SOOOOOO FRUSTRATING WITH THEM. HAD A PRESCRIPTION THAT DR ORDER WHICH WAS NEEDED BY MY SON WHO IS A SPECIAL YOUNG MAN. WHO WAS HAVING PANIC ATTACK DUE TO ANXIETY HE WAS NOT ABLE TO TAKE MEDICATION BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT READY. THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT TILL TODAY. Worst customer service ever!
You would think that as a pharmacy they would understand ADA and HIPPA laws better than anyone else. Despite being told emphatically that I can not wear a mask due to personal medical issues, as well as showing them a medical card that shows this, I was repeatedly bulldogged by two of their employees who absolutely refused to even read my medical card and kept hounding me. I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW MORNING. CASHIERS ALONG WITH MANAGERS AT THIS STORE NEED TO BE RE-TRAINED. SO SICK OF THE MADE UP BS THE COME UP WITH. WHICH I CAN ASSURE THEY DO USE TO THEIR ADVANTAGE.
I will miss my old pharmacy, had to come here because CVS brought them out.
