Last night I went to pick up my prescription. When I pulled up to the window, the pharmacist said, “if she comes back, should we call her tootie Judy?” They were all laughing at this customer. That is not professional in any kind of way. So heads up. If we’re at the this location around 9:10 pm and your name is Judy, they are making fun of you.
your staff are a holes. guaranteed to sit on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes. your staff are a holes. extremely loooooong hold times. did I mention the staff are a holes?
Gave my father the wrong prescription. Caused him to hallucinate and be in danger. Not only the wrong prescription. But my husband took it back the next day to make sure the pills were correct. Again they said they were correct. THEY WERE NOT! they gave him an immediate release narcotic instead of an EXTENDED release. VERY DANGEROUS!!! I posted on Facebook and finding MANY people have had the same issue with wrong medications given!!! BEWARE!!!
Went to CVS to print off some pictures for my friend in the hospital. Was pretty lost as to the rest of the stops on our list. Jennifer M not only gave us directions but wrote them down so we could take them with us. She was very sweet and made a stressful day better.
The people are rude. The pharmacist Ashlet Tanner, doesn't know his job. He refused to fill a prescription and I had to go to Target and they said he should have filled it. I will not use the CVS on N. Highlands everah again.
I Have Been Using CVS for Almost A Year Now. At 1st I Was Calling My Refills N. (Which Was Ok) Then I Downloaded Their App. WOW, What A Help That Was. I Can Do My Refills Online Now, I Can Even Check To See If There Ready Without Calling The Pharmacy. Then I Went Even Farther, I Signed Up for The Text Notifications.
