CVS continues to deteriorate in customer service, the ability for the employees to have knowledge about the companies own policies, and I won't even mention the issues they have properly filling prescriptions..... Fortunately we have a lot of Rite Aid and Walgreens who seem to be able to provide good service.... maybe CVS should take a close look at what their competition is doing right.

I have no respect for you guys anymore and what you can do to someone working for you guys for over 20 yrs my entire family and many friends would go out of there way just to shop there now i will make sure i pay people so we do not have to go by your store i hope your business goes down the drain and everyone knows what you guys are really there for..yourself and not are community
We went to the Oakdale Ave. Store today and found not a single shopping cart in the entire area and because we needed to fill a cart, we had to go to McHenry Village store. People in the area are taking the cart home and not returning them. I hope this problem can be remedied.
