Can’t get through on the phone , prescription aren’t refilled/filled when promised . Long wait for pick up
You asked what you can do better: See your patients in a timely fashion or else set truthful expectations for wait times. Or change your name. Because when I am the only name on your board and "28 minutes" approaches 2 hours you are not a "Minute Clinic". I made my appointment with your competition while sitting in your waiting area at the 90 minute mark. Taking my $$ elsewhere.
Don't even think about using the Monegram service at this location, because if you're a senior as I am with poor hearing then you will not be able to hear the person on the "Moneygram red phone" you will have to use to process the transaction because the phone it's located close to a refrigeration-cooler with loud fan noise...
If hours say 10pm, then pharmacy should be open until 10pm and not close at 9pm and refuse to help.
