Forget trying to call the pharmacy. They never answer. Also, check the quantity of your prescription. I was prescribed 90 pills. When I got home there were only 62. They are always short handed on employees. When you go there, prepare for long wait times.
When you are used to having great service, it becomes normal and you then expect it ever you go. I had a rude awakening when I moved away from CVS Pharmacy #7129. The customer service at CVS Pharmacy #5254 has been so poor that I now drive all the way back to #7129 just for the level of service they willingly provided.
