RecommendedI want to thank everyone who is working so hard to keep us healthy and safe . My daughter and I came in tonight for the flu shot . It was extremely busy and everyone was very polite as we checked in. Rosita even stayed after her working hours as she was supposed to leave over 30 minutes before to make sure no one had to wait because they were so busy . Thank you again
Went at 4AM to fill a prescription to avoid crowds -- I'm immune-compromised -- and the overnight pharmacist said "We have your medicine in stock but someone forgot to give me the code to the safe, so you'll have to come back at 8:30 AM when the regular pharmacist comes in." Not acceptable!!!
Thank you to Kim, the pharmacist at CVS in Ellicott City, for helping me get my prescriptions while we are displaced due to Hurricane Florence. Great customer service!
They need to fix their automated refill calls, and someone needs to answer the phone to the store.
Just visited the Minute Clinic. I found the physician assistant, Brandon, to be extremely friendly and knowledgable. Bonus was the room was clean, not always the case at clinics.
Y'all have the worse service ever. And it gets worse and worse every single time I come in. I've been coming to you since I can remember. Today I waited 30'mins for my script and it still wasn't ready. No one called to tell me you were having a problem with it. Not to mention I had a cranky toddler with me. And there's no indication on when the script will be ready. Yet it was needed ASAP.
