I went to this pharmacy to pick up my prescription, but they told me my insurance wasn’t active — which was completely false. I immediately called my insurance company, and they confirmed that my coverage was active and that all my information was correct, despite whatever the pharmacy’s system was showing. The insurance company also verified that the pharmacy hadn’t even submitted any claims. When my insurance tried calling the pharmacy directly to sort things out, no one answered the phone. It's a pharmacy. You cannot check out at the pharmacy counter, only prescription medications are processed. Not bad, keeps the line going at a decent pace.
The pharmaceutical team was very standoffish.Asked a question wouldn't really give me an answer.
They are always great, I really like this cvs, the employees are awesome in the store and pharmacy and they are quick. They have been out of my medicine a couple times lately but they order it and get it the next day.
