It always takes them to long to fill your prescription and it's never ready when they say it will be.
the pharmacy is soooooo slow & never gets the payment correct.
CVS could improve its customer service by hiring enough employees to help their customers, instead of putting their payroll dollars ahead of their customers. I have been a customer of the CVS store in Trenton, Georgia for many years, but the last year or so their customer service has been horrible. I do not blame the employees, because they are going above and beyond expectations to do their job, plus help their customers. the drive thru is horrible, waited for 30 minutes with one car ahead of me, THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS!!!
Dropped Rx off 7 days ago only to come get it today and it has NOT been filled.... wow this place is ridiculous!!!
They tried to charge me 60.00 for a prescription that I have paid 10.00 for since I have been taking it which is 5 years . I will stick to my small town drugstore in South Pittsburg Tenn where I don’t get ripped off !
