I went to pick up a prescription. There were 10 people in line and only 1 clerk on the register checking people out. I after 25 minutes of waiting I called the "acting manager" on the phone. He informed me that someone was at lunch. I ask if he could. Send someone to help out. His response "I'll see what I can do" translated to mean no. If you know your busy time is between 5-7 pm why would you not schedule your staff accordingly? I wonder if pharmacies were paid by patient satisfaction like hospitals are would they staff ac... read more
