You cannot speak to a human at this location anymore if you try to call in. It will take you four minutes of fighting their IVR to get to leave a voicemail. And you may or may not have a pharmacist on staff at any one time. Those that are left trying to do the workload of five people do do their best, but it is an overwhelming workload for an understaffed pharmacy and a location with plenty of seniors with complicated medical issues and plenty of prescriptions. CVS’ profit first management at the top is simply appalling.
Didn’t catch your name the new blonde lady pharmacy technician was very rude to me. Today was having a bad morning. My dog just passed away. Very rude. Need to be nicer to customers

This pharmacy continues to go out if there way to help me with my medications. They are always polite and super helpful. It’s rare you find this these days. I appreciate all that they do.
