Rude greeting at the door from the manager’s booth. “We’re closing in 20-minutes.” Ok then I’ll go somewhere else to make my purchase. It’s not like I was going to walk up and down the aisle and window shop. Its CVS for God’s sake. Walked right out the door and went down the shopping plaza to the grocery store for Advil. Never again CVS!
I cannot say enough about the customer service at the CVS pharmacy located at 11264 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32246. Every time I go in, the staff makes feel like I'm the most important customer in the store. This was true from my very first visit over a year ago. Thank you, CVS for taking the dread out of my trips to the pharmacy.
