I never have a problem at CVS! They're always quick and efficient, never have a problem finding my insurance (even when there's an error they never put it on me to solve), and I'm greeted and treated with so much kindness. I made a last minute appointment with a competitor (they might be at the corner, but they're not happy and I don't think they're making anyone healthy) because they were closer and it was the worst experience. Slow, slow, slow, slow. Didn’t have my prescription ready. Then prepared it under the wrong name and had to re-prescribe. Had to wait over an hour.
