This CVS is so awful. Terrible service. Never got my prescription all due to laziness and understaffing. NEVER GO TO THIS PHARMACY
I stopped going to this pharmacy after changes to the CVS communication systems made it difficult for both me (and likely also the staff) to get questions answered with my disabilities. But yesterday, I was in a crisis and had to go. As I approached the turn to the pharmacy aisle, a cart popped out, surprised me, and I had a (non-epileptic) seizure. That pharmacist, Joy Obji, or whatever her last name is, is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! Her attitude was disgusting and even the employees knew it. She had her EarPods in and she was extremely rude. She has no business being in the position she’s in if she is gonna treat patients the way she treated me today. She should be fired. I hope her superiors see this.
