I went to pick up prescription drug like I do every month and whoever prepared the prescription failed to bill my insurance. Though, I have CVS prescription drug coverage instead of charging me the correct amount they were going to charge me over $2k. They like wait we need to enter information again the Pharmacist needs to look at the prescription. This all because the tech filling it screwed up. I had to wait additionally 30 minutes for them to get their act together. Not impressed!
