I am being denied my medication pending a clinical review required by CVS. My insurance covers the medication and I have been on it for over a year. CVS will get paid by my insurance, so why the need to police my medication. I am now several days without this medication at all.
Standing in line for something that was supposed to be ready at 3p and it was 8p! They didn't mix it cuz you have to pay for it first. I could have done that when I dropped the damn thing off! Meanwhile my tooth is killing me. Thanks CVS for the poor experience.
Nobody in the pharmacy has any idea to what they’re doing and clearly don’t know how to communicate to eachother
The worst customer service!! I've had multiple issues with this pharmacy. The pharmacy employees are awful and rude! They are always backed up and nothing is ever ready even when you get a call that your prescription is ready!
My experience with this CVS is the epitome of what is wrong with service in the medical field. These people have treated me with a very negative attitude simply because I am from out of state even though I have a well established history with the pharmacy on the east coast and in the Midwest.
The rudest employees I have ever encountered! Add that to the incredibly slow pharmacy and this will be the last time I use CVS!
I thought I would give them one more chance since I've been with them for a long time. They refuse to give me my medicine and then tried to tell me my doctor never called my monthly prescription in when I was in the office with him!!
