Transferred from another CVS in the area where you could speak with someone on the phone and resolve things right away. This one only offers voicemails for a callback, once I received a callback, the tech or pharmacist seemed frustrated and I wound up almost being late from a break. I will happily participate in generated surveys after a transaction and those are usually good, but I won't budge on my rating here unless they remove the voicemail only system.
Phone goes strait to voicemail. No options to talk to a human no matter what day or time you call.
I go to the Wilsonville Target CVS and always get great service and nice people helping me at the counter. Some are super nice.
The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is due to one of the pharmacists who helped us a few years ago with my son’s prescription when there was a shortage of liquid steroids for children. This location has steadily declined, I have been on hold 5 times for over an hour just to have someone pick up then immediately hang up on me; without saying anything. Anytime I am able to get through, if it is one of their newer employees she is so rude. Very short, cuts you off, snaps at you when she cannot find the information etc. And no... read more
