The lady older lady pharmacist is extremely rude and she will scold you in front of others. I prefer the gentleman pharmacist. He is very kind and always willing to help. Extremely Rude!
I really want to be objective here, but CVS Wilsonville is just so bad. My reason for 2 stars, as opposed to 1 is, I've been able to schedule vaccines pretty easily via their website. And from time to time, I randomly encounter a helpful Pharmacist. Today my husband asked me if I could check the status of an Rx he ordered online last week. Because this pharmacy is literally unreachable by phone, I stopped into the store. The person behind the counter said "I think we're trying to order it". Like what? Great experience
Called to get a prescription transfered as soon as possible since they are out of the medication. Took hours to finally get a real person on the phone and the woman pharmacist was very rude and hung up on me. Normally very nice technicians but not the pharmacist. Would not recommend sending prescriptions here!
