Love the pharmacists and pharm techs. They are helpful and nice under pressure…they need more help and raises, though! Prescriptions are not ready sometimes but it’s not their fault. They’re all working hard to provide good service. It’s our medical/insurance/ pharmacy web that is just so complicated!
Absolutely love this CVS! The staff is always friendly and helpful, making every visit a breeze. Plus, their variety of products is impressive – I can always find what I need. Highly recommend it!
I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this CVS. I walked up to the front waited for about a minute and both ladies (one of them named Kristen) would not acknowledge me. I then asked them both, hi do you work here? They said yes and I said ok can you please help me? They told me to fill out a IPad. How am I supposed to know this? Do we not greet people anymore??
