Absolutely love this CVS! The staff is always friendly and helpful, making every visit a breeze. Plus, their variety of products is impressive – I can always find what I need. Highly recommend it!
I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this CVS. I walked up to the front waited for about a minute and both ladies (one of them named Kristen) would not acknowledge me. I then asked them both, hi do you work here? They said yes and I said ok can you please help me? They told me to fill out a IPad. How am I supposed to know this? Do we not greet people anymore?? the Pharmacist Raja (sp) does a great job. the location in Target is not good and the prices are much too high.
This pharmacy has been great. Always have what I need in stock and usually fills same or next day. I’ve used the messaging feature to resolve issues in the past and it just works. Raghu is always helpful. I have mediocre insurance and he helped rerun it to cut the cost by a ton. Made the difference between not taking a new medication and actually giving it a shot.
