So rude They had my order for over 2 weeks and didn’t fill it. When I came in on my only free day to get it filled they treated me in an inconvenience. The tech was very rude the entire time as if they weren’t the ones who didn’t fill my important medication for over a week or two and didn’t seem to have the intention of ever filling it. The only up was that the techs boss did say she could fill it before the end of day even though the tech made it clear she didn’t want to.
Love the pharmacists and pharm techs. They are helpful and nice under pressure…they need more help and raises, though! Prescriptions are not ready sometimes but it’s not their fault. They’re all working hard to provide good service. It’s our medical/insurance/ pharmacy web that is just so complicated!
Absolutely love this CVS! The staff is always friendly and helpful, making every visit a breeze. Plus, their variety of products is impressive – I can always find what I need. Highly recommend it!
