Its okay! The Pharmacy is always busy busy. The rest of the store just gives an ehh feeling. No one has ever been rude to me. Nor have they been super dripping sweet either. This establishment does as it needs to. Fill scripts. I trust and care for the Pharmacist here. Raised my entire family through this pharmacy.
I had the worst experience at this CVS today. The "manager" Kelly was very rude and refused to help me at all. I told her that I needed to talk to someone besides her, and again she refused to get me anyone else. I don't understand how someone who treats costumers in that way is able to be the representative of the store. I recorded our conversation and I will make sure her boss Carl hears the recording. I've never been treated so poorly anywhere else before.
By far the worst cvs ever. I have been to several and I have been loyal to cvs for many years now my business and money will go to Walgreens. The pharmacy is the WORST ever. Nothing is ever done on time, they are liars, don't know how to run a pharmacy at all. I hope cvs owners do something soon, I can't believe that the owners want the store ran that way. The manager on duty tonight was so RUDE! There was a problem with the chip reader at the register. So she flat out told me "you must not have money in your account". The only reason I was in the store in the first place was because I needed to get my sons medication. This CVS has a pharmacy that is open 24 hours. The pharmacy personal was beyond amazing. The cashier Jennifer was so courteous and tried to help till the manager so rudely interjected. I will never go back to this location!
