Customer Service is abysmal at this store. With 6 people standing in line to pickup prescriptions, they only had 1 register open, even though there were multiple staff personnel wandering about behind the counter. This is NOT the first time that wait times exceed any reason. This is a habit with this store. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was presented with Supervisor Michael. Everyone there is super polite and helpful. My only complaint would be that the pharmacy line tends to get long.

Excelente servicio
We were really happy when the store and pharmacy switched to 24 hours. The only other 24 hour store in town (the one that shares the logo with the Washington Nationals...lol!) is so slow, busy, and never seems to be properly staffed. We really like the staff in this CVS Pharmacy. Unfortunately, and sadly, they lost several pharmacists lately and had to severely reduce the hours of the pharmacy. I hope they're able to hire more pharmacists so they can go back to 24 hours.
