Had an eye procedure and needed prescription eye drops. Long haired pharmacy tech guy tells me they are so busy he couldn't possibly get it done today and it would be tomorrow. No Sir, that's not how this works. Zero stars should be an option.
I've always had good customer service. Kind and friendly associates. Very helpful.
I like the pharmacy. I tried using the drivethru for convenience, but it took forever. Would of been quicker to just go inside and pick up a prescription that was ready. My only complaint would be to make the drivethru a shorter wait and for drop off and pick ups only. Cut down on wait time.
My son's perscription was called in 5 hours ago. I come to pick it up, and they tell me 30 minutes. Ok, fine. I tell them i will be back then. I wait an hour to be sure they have plenty of time. Come back and they still dont have it ready. If you're going to give a wait time, at least make it accurate
Hubby was just on hold for 44 minutes and only got attention when he drove to the store, walked in (with the call still on hold) and was told they would have liked to have answered his call but they did not have time. His Rx won't be ready for 2 hours so we have to go back to the store yet again. If 0 were an option for a rating that's what we'd choose. Perhaps it's time this store closed--permanently. It's time to switch to the other corner--Walgreens.
I can't give zero stars or I would. I have spent a grand total of 18 minutes on hold with the pharmacy at this store, over the span of two calls. The 1st time someone hung up on me without saying a word. The 2nd time I simply gave up. Do you not want people's business?
Use any other pharmacy if at all possible...they take forever to fill any prescription I have ever filled, they have lost my prescription more than once, have forgotten to order something I needed and when I should have been able to pick it up told me I'd have to wait another day or two so they could order it, and every time I go there I wait for 30-45 minutes to pick up something they said was filled, and 95% of the time they are rude (I realize that I don't feel good and may not be the most pleasant person to talk to but y... read more
