My mom was prescribed an inhaler. My mother has been filling ill so she is currently quarantined until we know her status. I went to CVS to pick up the prescription and it wasn't ready. I said thank you and walked away. I called my mother who called the emergency room to get the prescription they said they sent it in at 11, but the pharmacy can call and they will just tell them over the phone. Worst customer service and there customer service line is no better went to the one in Hobart bought three shirts one shirt was on the wrong size hanger manager was very rude and said she couldn’t do anything about the situation any manager in retail knows you take ownership if your in the wrong and make it right for the customer not this one had the nastiest attitude never will step foot in that store again!!! They are horrible. The pharmacy staff are friendly enough, but they are overworked and understaffed. On more than one occasion it has taken them over 24 hours to fill my prescription. If I go in without checking on the app, they will hurry up and get it ready for you while you wait 20 or 30 minutes, but if you don't push, forget it!
Absolute WORST pharmacy to deal with! I have never experienced such poor customer service, the employees need some training on how to deal with the public! Also, last week they gave my son the WRONG medication, luckily the pharmacist called to tell us so we could bring it back for them to fix. What a joke!! Taking my business elsewhere!
Waited an hour to come to pick up prescription. Stood in live for over ten minutes just to be told it would be another 20 min. Hire more people if u can’t take care of your customers in a timely manor!!!
If I could give no stars I would. I was on hold for 30 minutes so I drove there still on hold 45mins later. Not one car in the drive thru and all of 5 people inside. So why was I on hold for 45 minutes.? And while I'm inside theyre literally waiting for people to hang up the phone instead of answering. I had a simple question. I had to leave work just to go ask about a prescription. Terrible service and always slow.
I think waiting over 8 hours to wait for some prescriptions for a cold is a tad excessive. I’ll go back to Walgreens in the future.
service sucks, people behind the counter couldn't care less, prescriptions will be filled if they get around to it. USE ANOTHER PHARMACY IF YOU NEED YOUR MEDICATION ON TIME!
