The pharmacist, Shelly, is super friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff has been efficient and kind everytime I have been. I’ve also received all call backs in a timely manner and with the relevant information.

I've had mostly good experiences here, but last time I went there was an issue with my prescription showing up in their system. The pharmacist looked into it and found out it was sent somewhere else accidentally, but she was rude and blunt and condescending when explaining this to me. I had hardly even said anything before that point, certainly nothing to prompt that kind of attitude, so it was really out of nowhere.

I really respect the people working here. There's a lot of customers who want to blame the human representatives here for the website being bad, and a lot of customers who will make a scene because they don't understand how the pharmacy works. At this CVS, you can find sweet and efficient people like Brianna who will fill your prescriptions quickly, give you all the information you need, and calmly defuse situations with loudly confused visitors.
