worst pharmacy ever. they hold peoples medicines til they want to give them out. your not doctors!!!!

Most days I would but not today. My doctor faxed in a new medication for me 2 and a half days ago. It wasn’t ready but more importantly I needed to ask some very specific and important questions about the new med. I was the only one in line and after 20 minutes I was still standing there. The staff kept saying will get him to talk to you just as soon as he gets off this call BUT he kept taking new calls. I gave up and left. The store manager kept apologizing and offering to walk back there. It was too late - I had to go.
Absolutely awful y’all closed before 9:00, won’t come to the door or answer the phone. Terrible customer service.
Staff is very friendly and kind! They always call if there is a problem with my medications.
Very friendly, knowledgeable pharmacy staff, clean well stocked store. Very convenient to where I live.
