They made us wait 40mins to tell us that “they don’t have the meds”. Was told “in a few minutes” every time I talked to them. Finally I was done waiting then they start finding that they don’t have the meds, they are trying to call the physician to get prescription changed so we can pick it up. Too slow especially when you are with your sick child that needs meds !
Slightly inconvenient to get to but honestly I love this pharmacy and drive out of my way to go to it bc of the staff. Pharmacist Bob is amazing. Alerts to alternatives, interactions, and price changes and is just an OG. The ladies - I didn’t catch all their names- who I have had check me out have all been stellar and efficient! Hate that I need prescriptions but I’m glad to see their faces here.
Tried to call to see if my prescription was ready. A bot answered the phone and wasn't able to tell me if it was available. I then spent 10 minutes trying to get transferred to a person, but it wouldn't. I had to drive over to find out. Very frustrated and will be changing pharmacies.

IT ISN"T POSSIBLE TO CALL A REAL PERSON IN THE PHARAMCY NOW. The only option you have is to talk to an AI assistant who forces you to listen through over 5 minutes of dialog AND THEN IT WON'T EVEN PUT YOU THROUGH. Your only option is to leave a voicemail and they ask if it's fine to text you back. NO!!!! If I can't pick up the phone and talk to someone in the Pharmacy I'M GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE
