Near impossible to get a prescription refilled here they won’t even let you transfer it from one location to another they make you contact your doctor and call in the prescription again claiming their system is not functioning correctly When you try calling the phone number listed on Google it’s an automated system that takes you in No answers no prescription status no ability to talk to a human. Same thing every time. CVS: "You're supposed to call it in first" Customer: "I did, no one ever answers... Its just a machine" CVS: "Just leave us a message and it will get filled" Customer: "I did that too, like you said to do the last time" CVS: "Oh, I'm sorry about that... It'll be 20-30 minutes" This is tiresome. Treated like I'm the idiot because you went to pharmacy school... I hope it comes crashing down.
They made us wait 40mins to tell us that “they don’t have the meds”. Was told “in a few minutes” every time I talked to them. Finally I was done waiting then they start finding that they don’t have the meds, they are trying to call the physician to get prescription changed so we can pick it up. Too slow especially when you are with your sick child that needs meds !
