Bring Back the Humans! I’m beyond frustrated with CVS Pharmacy’s voicemail system. I tried to refill a prescription and couldn’t even reach a real person—it’s all automated prompts now, and none of them actually help. What happened to the good old days when you could call and talk to a pharmacy staff member directly? Not everyone wants to deal with a robot or app!
