Absolutely horrible customer service at CVS on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh, NC. CVS has been my pharmacy for over 10 years. All prescriptions, vitamins and health care items purchased from them. No more. I am now switching to Walgreens. I went in on Wednesday and purchased over $100 in merchandise. I bought $20 grooming clippers. Went home and tried and they didn’t work. RecommendedGreat place to shop and get scripts
Terrible experience!! They don’t care about their customers. Had to wait 8 hrs for the pharmacy to fill a much needed medication. Even with clarification, it took over 2 hours knowing the customer was calling and waiting for the medicine needed for severe pain before the pharmacist would agree to fill the prescription. I transferred all of my meds immediately across the street. Maybe they aren’t too busy for their customers.
Had a change of plans on flu shots this year, and had to utilize the Minute Clinic. The process was seamless, and the nurse practitioner was top notch in her customer care (and pain-free sticks... neither child cried).
