HORRIBLE customer service. The cashier seemed to hate life with a passion or maybe her little goldfish died. Anyway, she didn't say one word to me and had a bad attitude. I had to play the employee role and give HER customer service. Asked her how her night was going and said have a great night on my way out. Pathetic. I give this CVS negative 5 stars. Hire good natured people with a personality and people skills.
Horrible! Called to fill a Prescription they said it would be ready at 3pm, I get there at 3:50, they said it will be 15-20 wait, I waited and then they say “oh we don’t have this medicine in stock”.... I WAITED with a 4 year old and a 1 year old for 20 MINUTES AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE IT IN STOCK!
If it were possible to give less than one star I would. The pharmacist on staff (12/30/16) was frighteningly unprofessional, disrespectful, and unsympathetic to the pains of a child. She was completely ignorant to the workings of state insurance and had no customer service skills. Avoid the store on 29/Lane Street in Kannapolis at all costs!
The worst place ever. Worst experience ever. I really wish the Walgreen was 24 hrs.
