This pharmacy is a real mess. They can't seem to figure out how scheduling works for vaccines. Every time I go, i waste a bunch of time. Last time they forgot I was there for 25 minutes. They're also rude.
I have been coming here for over 20 years. The quality of service has consistently gone down. My last several experiences have been a 0 in Customer Service. Will be transferring all my prescriptions out.
Misplaced my prescription. Were unapologetic about it and seemed entirely disinterested. Unprofessional and disorganized.
Never did I imagine I would spend time leaving a review for a pharmacy but here I am. I journeyed to Huntersville on Friday in need of a international driver's permit from AAA. This required a passport style photo so I figured I would check out this CVS. I walked in and the cashier (Kit) was speaking with each customer with such warmth and kindness.
