After years of CVS filling a prescription, this pharmacist lied to me. Stating NC law requires a local prescriber. After calling customer support, turns out it was CVS policy for pharmacist discretion. My son is now 2 days late on only half of his treatment plan because of this location.
It took CVS 4 days to fill a script and only after I called on day 4 when they said they were working on it. I was finicky notified after 7:30pm it was ready but wasn't in town and picked it up up next morning. It shouldn't take 4 days to put some pills in a bottle
Do never buy photos on CVS website. Their IT department has no idea how much stock each store has, it's the second time I order some thing that the website says is available in two hours and I receive a call saying that they don't have the frame and that I need to find another CVS store to order it from.
