I have been coming here for over 20 years. The quality of service has consistently gone down. My last several experiences have been a 0 in Customer Service. Will be transferring all my prescriptions out. Update: Have since stopped using this Pharmacy even though they still try to auto fill my prescriptions although I turned off auto fills. Looking at other reviews, the poor service appears to be common experience. Much like the copy/paste canned response left on all the low ratings given here.
Stay away. Long lines, lack of customer service, constant outages on prescriptions, and constant closures of drive thru. They’ve had 9+ months of my patience. Done.
This pharmacy is a real mess. They can't seem to figure out how scheduling works for vaccines. Every time I go, i waste a bunch of time. Last time they forgot I was there for 25 minutes. They're also rude.
