The pharmacist Maria needs to be evaluated. She is extremely rude and condescending. I’ve never dealt with a “pharmacist “ as rude as her. I understand they are busy but I literally called for over three hours and was able to get through only because I called the main store number. She told me that if I didn’t like it I could go to another CVS. I hope these calls are recorded and someone looks into it. I was calling in a prescription from a providers office. This is truly the worst pharmacy in town. It doesn't matter what time you go or who is working, every single one of them hates their job. They don't want to work and RUDE is an understatement.
Go here if you want to argue to get PRNs refilled every single month. Pharmacy staff was extremely rude and unprofessional over phone today and provides little help to solve recurring issues with refills. I’ll be using switching pharmacies. Beware.
Picking up my Rx is always easy. I also asked to speak with the pharmacist regarding another Rx and he was very helpful. He answered my questions perfectly and had other suggestions to help. Great service and Thank You so much
