I do shop this CVS (self-serve check out) but recently had a bad experience with the pharmacy. In late October, I requested a prescription transfer from CVS #912 to Walmart Pharmacy in Tulare CA because of cost through my insurance. CVS, over the course of almost three weeks, refused to release the Rx to Walmart. The Walmart pharmacy staff were helpful and persistent. The pharmacist Maria needs to be evaluated. She is extremely rude and condescending. I’ve never dealt with a “pharmacist “ as rude as her. I understand they are busy but I literally called for over three hours and was able to get through only because I called the main store number. She told me that if I didn’t like it I could go to another CVS. I hope these calls are recorded and someone looks into it. I was calling in a prescription from a providers office.
