The pharmacy (and store - but especially the pharmacy) staff at the N. 45th St. CVS are unfailingly polite, patient, friendly, helpful and professional. They are the reason we drive 15 minutes out of our way to get prescriptions filled, instead of walking to the CVS that is only a couple blocks away (N 85th St. - not worth the frustration factor.) Highly recommend the 45th St;. location - great people!
Honestly out of all the major drug store companies, CVS is the worst. If it wasn't for the fact that my insurance plan basically forces me to use this company, I never would. I've worked in pharmacies for almost 20 years and the way they run their pharmacies is horrible.
Thus far, haven’t had any issues with picking up Rx. Pharmacy personnel have been quite pleasant and helpful.
Always fully staffed with responsive, polite and pleasant people.
Pickups and vaccinations are always very quick, it’s pretty easy to get ahold of a pharmacist, and they are pretty quick to order medication which isn’t already in stock.
